Introducing The Residences on Esplanade
Four sea-fronting art deco-inspired apartments, overlooking Frinton’s glorious mile-long sands.
IN THE LAP OF LUXURY
Designed to evoke Frinton’s old world charm, The Residences On Esplanade infuse art-deco architectural style with uber-luxe contemporary interiors.
Four residences are available in this exclusive and rare development; two ground floor apartments with private gardens and two first floor apartments with generous terraces. A single double-storey penthouse sold prior to launch.
Each apartment has expansive sea views, looking out onto an uninterrupted horizon that stretches as far as the eye can see…
ESSEX’S GOLDEN SANDS
With its mile-long beach, prestigious golf course and a theatre season that attracts the UK’s most famous actors, it’s little surprise that Frinton-On-Sea has such a fashionable reputation. Once compared to London’s Bond Street, Frinton residents were known to live a luxurious lifestyle, flocking to the seaside town for its summer theatre season and sporting lifestyle; sailing, windsurfing, golf and cycling across to the Naze.
FRESH AIR FROLICS
Frinton’s palm tree-lined streets, promenade, beach huts and vast sands all add to its charm and good-life feel. More recently, the town has become popular with younger families seeking active lifestyles; frequenting its immaculate beaches, joining the yacht club and the lawn tennis club and partaking in fossil hunting on the Naze where finding sharks teeth is an everyday occurrence. So much to do, so much to explore.
EXCELLENT LOCAL EATS
Keen to uphold a certain standard, famously, Frinton’s only pub is The Lock & Barrel on Connaught Avenue – the street once likened to London’s Bond Street and where you’ll find the majority of the town’s cafes, restaurants and retail. Café 19 is a popular daytime haunt, whilst Pier One is a popular seafood restaurant and Avenue Bistro offers sophisticated but also family friendly fayre.
RECALLING THOSE HALCYON DAYS
With its vast strip of golden sand and uninterrupted panoramic views, the Esplanade is Frinton’s premier address. Protected by the parallel Greensward park that runs the length of the beach, it’s bookended by the town’s golf club and lawn tennis courts at one end, and by Walton-on-the-Naze at the other.
Eighty-five miles from London, trains to Frinton run from London Liverpool Street, 1h 22 mins, changing at Thorpe-Le-Spoken. Driving to the capital down the A12 takes around one hour 45 minutes, Colchester half an hour and Ipswich 48 minutes. Stansted Airport is the closest airport and there is also the international ferry port at Harwich, 32 miles north.
